Return and Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Hylands. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hylandspo@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation.
- Once your return is authorised, you may return the item to our physical store or ship it back to us at your own expense.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as personalised or perishable goods, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Additionally, items purchased during clearance or sale events may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
